Come learn about NC Civil War History and participate in a Civil War Commemoration event to be held in conjunction with Waynesville�s Appalachian Lifestyle celebration. See re-enactments, displays of Southern heritage & period clothing as well as displays of replicas of the Southern Cross of Honor that will provide information on Civil War soldiers. Events will include lecture on Friday evening and music entertainment on Saturday evening.
